Joshua Glikman

Joshua Glikman is the Head of Corporate Practice Group at the Firm. Mr. Glikman has extensive experience as a corporate and securities attorney, focusing his practice on business transactions and corporate financings.

Mr. Glikman represents both domestic and foreign clients in the areas of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and other transactions and general corporate matters. He has substantial experience with merger and acquisition transactions and financing arrangements and other corporate transactions ranging from very large to smaller-sized transactions. Mr. Glikman also advises clients in connection with private placements and other arrangements, including offerings involving equity and convertible securities, and seed capital for start-up companies. He also represents private investment funds, including hedge funds and private equity funds, in connection with fund formation, organizational structuring and regulatory compliance. Mr. Glikman also assists clients in connection with 1934 Act reporting requirements and corporate governance matters.

Mr. Glikman also acts as counsel for a variety of different clients, consisting of both entities and individuals, in connection with the formation and structuring of corporations and partnership entities and joint venture arrangements (including preparation of formation documents), bank loan and other financing arrangements, debtor/creditor transactions, including secured party sales, technology and other licensing, marketing and distribution arrangements, employment agreements and other business contracts and general corporate matters.

Mr. Glikman also advises clients in connection with healthcare-related matters and matters involving real property, including leasing transactions.

Mr. Glikman received his J.D. in 1978 from Harvard Law School. He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.

Mr. Glikman has also been a member of Queens Community Board 8 since 1994.
